  Finally, we went back to the HQ and told the boss in a very soft way about what happened. So he asked me to pay for 1 day course. I was surprised and I thought the boss mistook my very soft version of the story and considered the mistake was all mine. So I told him the teacher that was screaming at me and was aggressive. So he asked the teacher and of course he denied it.

  Most probably his behavior was because I failed many times to follow his instructions as I am very new to this, I didn’t know (forgot) how to do them and even worse his scolding made me more nervous. Yet, in my opinion his behavior is not proper for a certified SSI teacher.

  So I am thinking, there was no way that I will continue to dive in the sea with him, so I called off the course but he refused to do so and hold me back against my will to go to the land. So we had long argument on the open water while I am still helplessly struggling with the equipment. In one instance, I asked him to go back to practice in the pool as I am not ready in the sea yet. And he answered “I am not your clown”.

  I was doing OWD (basic diving) course on September 25th. Based on my experience and what I feel on the second session, the teacher screamed at me frequently and treated very rough and aggressive when I was still panting on the sea struggling trying to handle the equipments that were new to me.

  Very nice instructors and people at the shop. Had a very pleasant dive. Good equipment and good RIB boat, which departs from Cala Serena, just near the dive shop.

  After that, the boss was still asking for the 1 day course fee which leads to further arguments. During the argument, the boss started to talk about money and expenses. I replied that I didn’t know about these things, what I knew that they have screwed my holiday. I finally paid the fee (marginally reduced) because I don’t want to do anything with them anymore. Hence, I told them that I will write a bad review on them. So this is the review, all based subjectively on my opinion and the experience that I felt. I wish this will be the last thing I have any relation with them again.
